The Program Management Office (PMO) at Zoox supports some of the company's most complex, cross-functional decisions and programs. PMO is responsible for developing & executing the company’s roadmap. When needed, members of the PMO will roll up their sleeves and work hand in hand with cross functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, safety, comms & marketing, legal, regulatory affairs, etc to solve issues that arise.

We have a strong track record of helping the organization execute more effectively across a number of different programs and initiatives. We do this through clear thinking, problem-solving, implementing improved operational measures, and influencing and coaching tactics.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is $5,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level of education. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, and a housing stipend (relocation assistance will be offered based on eligibility).

In this Role, You Will...

Currently working towards a B.S., M.S., MBA or advanced degree in a relevant engineering programGood academic standingAble to commit to a 12-week internship beginning in May or June of 2026.1-2 semesters of project-based courses with previous experience in program management, systems engineering, or as an engineer in a complex technical systemCan commit to a 12-week internshipAbility to relocate to the Bay Area, California for the duration of the internshipInterns at Zoox may not use any proprietary information they are working on as part of their thesis, any published work with their university, or to be distributed to anyone outside of ZooxQualifications
