Position: Registration Manager 

Location: Remote United States 
 
Pivot Bio is seeking a Registration Manager that will be an integral part of the Regulatory and Compliance Team. This individual will primarily be responsible for ensuring dossier preparations and submissions to federal regulatory agencies in various geographies. An individual with experience working in the agricultural-product regulated environment will make for a great candidate. Occasional travel will be required for team/company meetings and conferences. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Enable the commercialization of Pivot Bio’s products in desired geographies by ensuring product registrations with the appropriate regulatory authorities in the respective countries 
  • Develop and maintain regulatory documents, a product registration dashboard, and other regulatory tools, to drive visibility into key deliverables, such as registration milestones 
  • Liaise with Regulatory Science, Product Biosafety, and other functions to ensure registration requirements are appropriately met in a timely manner 
  • Keep abreast of global policies and guidelines as they relate to the registration of microbial biofertilizer products around the world 
  • Participate in industry efforts and committees aimed at influencing regulatory bodies as needed 

Required Qualifications:  

  • BS, preferably in molecular biology, microbiology, or other relevant subjects 
  • 5 years of relevant experience with scientific and regulatory affairs, registering microbial biofertilizers and/or other agricultural products in the US or abroad 
  • Knowledge of international regulations of agricultural products in other countries outside the US is a plus  
  • Project management experience is a plus 
  • Self-driven and able to manage multiple and changing priorities 
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills 
  • Available for up to 20% travel required for team, company, and industry meetings
