Zoox is looking for a highly organized, experienced, and ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team. You will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews and ensure we provide a top-notch candidate experience from beginning to end. You’ll play a pivotal role within a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Zoox.
You will build efficient interview schedules and continuously take action to improve the candidate experience. You will partner directly with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers in support of various recruiting initiatives and consistently champion an exceptional interview process. You have strong leadership skills and see yourself as a future people manager.

In this role you will:
Partner with Zoox's team of recruiters and administrators to schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for a high-volume of both technical and non-technical rolesChampion the onsite interview process by hosting candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experienceServe as the primary point of contact for the Coordination team and drive the execution of Coordination projects and initiativesWork closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to proactively identify and tackle inefficiencies in the interview process to refine existing functions and develop new programs to strengthen our hiring effortsPartner with the Recruiting Coordinator Lead on operational excellence initiatives by analyzing data, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and implementing changes that increase the effectiveness and scalability of our recruiting operations.Qualifications:
4+ years experience in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks, ideally within Recruiting CoordinationSelf-directed and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service mindset and executive presence Drive to build rapport with both candidates and internal business partnersBonus Qualifications
Bachelor’s DegreeExperience working with various ATS and scheduling toolsProficiency with Google Workspace
