About the Role:
Crusoe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to support our talent acquisition efforts by ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.
As the Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our hiring process, focusing on all things scheduling and candidate experience. You'll manage multiple calendars and interview loops, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
This role will begin as a 6-month contract, with the potential to be converted to a full-time position.
What You'll Be Working On:
Scheduling and Coordination: Managing complex interview schedules using tools like Google Calendar and other scheduling platforms.
Candidate Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear and professional communication to ensure they feel informed, supported, and welcomed throughout their journey.
Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate candidate information and ensuring consistent hiring workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
Problem-Solving: Handling last-minute changes, reschedules, and unexpected issues with a proactive and calm approach.
Collaboration: Partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a cohesive and effective hiring process.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Organization & Time Management: The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for catching scheduling conflicts and ensuring all information is accurate.
Calendar & Scheduling Expertise: Advanced proficiency with tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, or other scheduling platforms.
Technology Proficiency: Comfort with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday),and productivity tools (Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, Zoom).
Confidentiality & Professionalism: The ability to maintain discretion with sensitive candidate and company information.
Elevated Candidate Experience: The ability to put yourself in the candidate's shoes and ensure a positive experience.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle shifting priorities and urgent hiring needs.
Proactive Mindset: Anticipating needs before they arise and taking the initiative to solve problems.
