We’re looking for a motivated and committed professional, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who is energized by challenging topics, practices system thinking and Lean/Agile approach. In this position you will report to the Corporate Quality Lead and be responsible for driving Continuous Improvement programs, restructure of Process Landscape and Document Management System, acting as a coach and consultant for Functional Teams.
•Maintenance and improvement of Integrated Management System. Coordination of ISO Audits
•Support to Functional Teams with improvement projects, business process development, documentation, KPIs , etc.
•Evaluation of existing and development of new Business Processes. Advise and propose areas of improvement in order to increase productivity, improve time management and resource planning, reduce costs, and other aspects.
•Support of development and roll-out of Continuous Improvement Program globally,
•Design and implement Projects Quality Management program, and other initiatives
•Facilitate Audit-Ready Mindset and Right First Time approach across company’s business units and functional teams
Responsible

•Develop and maintain Document management system, SharePoint based sites, libraries and lists or new systems to be selected
•Plan and conduct internal quality reviews
•Perform IMS Gap analysis, create road-maps and build-up transition map from the current to the target state
•Prepare monthly Quality reports
•Analyze and improve Change management process
•Support and moderate Lessons Learned workshops
•Analyze the applicable regulations and standards and support the definition of the internal documentation requirements
•Support functional teams with quality methodology and tools (Root cause analysis, Problem investigations, lean management)
•Capture and manage feedbacks from the Process users; identify process inefficiencies in processes and drive the Process risk analysis.
•Coordinate and prepare Quality Awareness meetings

•Proven experience with document management systems / SharePoint library organization / database administration / digitization of documentation management / electronic approval processes / electronic distribution – functional teams and stakeholders
•A well-developed understanding of document control and management systems, application of industry best practices
•Extensive knowledge of business process management, proven experience in process standardization, optimization and process efficiency
•Practical knowledge of the fundamentals and methods of Quality Management. Experience with ISO Certification Audits
•Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat Professional. Experience with flowcharts, swimlanes and diagrams
•Experience as a solution architect in the field of document management is a plus
•Knowledge of Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, Lean Management
•Fluent communication and presentation skills in English
•Strong organizational and communication intercultural skills
