Analyze and maintain quality data from internal and external sources to prepare reporting and support business decisions.</p> <p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span><br>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. • Develop and maintain program KPI dashboards to highlight and execute business needs utilizing Tableau &amp; Power-BI<br>• Assist with prioritization and drive cross-functional process and product improvement actions to deliver quality KPI’s<br>• Supporting across Manufacturing Incoming Quality organization:<br>o Provide transparency on status to target for each KPI <br>o Drill down into pareto of top contributors against gaps to targets<br>o Develop forward looking action plans and drive cross-functional process and product improvement actions<br>• Support incoming quality prioritization for problem solving across manufacturing quality<br>• Assist in the development and optimization of incoming quality processes and procedures<br>• Support Rivian Integrated Operating System board review and take actions to drive improvements in the business process.</p> <p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Qualifications/Skills</strong></span><br>• Relevant quality analytics experience<br>• Can do attitude<br>• Knowledge and experience with databases such as SQL, Python, etc<br>• Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail<br>• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI or Tableau a plus<br>• Experienced in working with Sharepoint<br>• Knowledge of management/planning tools, quality tools, preventive and corrective actions<br>• Understanding of quality systems, methods, tools, standards, customer expectations<br>• Basic understanding of audit processes (planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and follow-up)<br>• Knowledge of AIAG (DFMEA, PFMEA), VDA and related tools a plus<br>• Willingness to work in a strong cross-functional and collaborative environment</p> <p><br><strong>Educational Requirements</strong></p> <p>• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience</p> <p><br><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p> <p>• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.<br>• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.<br>• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.<br>• Ability to talk, listen and speak clearly in person and/or on telephone.</p> <p><br>Rivian is committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
