The Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager will be responsible for taking the lead role in launching and managing technical projects at Lucid. The Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager will work closely with Corporate PMO, Vehicle Integration, Design Engineering, Logistics, New Product Introduction, Operations Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure programs are aligned to the needs of Lucid.

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering required8+ years in Manufacturing Engineering/ Project Management experienceExperience in the automotive industry is a mustMust be detail oriented and well organizedAbility to influence outcomes and drive initiatives in complex environments.Possesses strong presentation skills and communicates clearly and professionally at various levels both inside and outside the companyWorking knowledge of MS project and AutoCAD is a mustWorking Knowledge of Catia and Delmia is a plusPossess knowledge and experience across multiple functions within product design and manufacturingWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time
