Product Marketing Director

We’re looking for a passionate, experienced B2B product marketer with demonstrable success in working with new technologies and driving marketing & comms GTM strategies. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing strategy in a greenfield space, with the opportunity to have a big impact on the dual housing and climate crises.

You Will:

• Craft positioning and key messaging through deep understanding of Mighty Building’s products and technologies, construction industry and home developers, and key competitors
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product awareness and market penetration across the customer lifecycle; from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and segmentation strategy, press and speaker opportunities, awareness and demand gen campaigns, and partnerships.
• Own and manage development of high-value sales tools including decks, white papers, ad creation, webinars, etc., and provide support at each stage of the sales funnel

You Have:

• Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management, product management, sales and marketing, manufacturing
• 8+ years technology marketing strategy/product marketing experience in B2B with complex and/or high value sales cycles
• Proven storytelling skills: written, verbal, and visual.
• An entrepreneurial attitude and ability to generate creative solutions to challenges
• Experience working in growth stage startups and/or with emerging technology
• Familiarity with digital sales tools / integration with sales team systems
• Bonus: experience in real estate or construction industry
