Your Role: Driving Change in Fleet & Roaming

We're looking for a Product Manager (Copenhagen or Berlin based) to join our Product & Engineering team, playing a vital role in our Fleet & Roaming division. This position is pivotal to managing and enhancing the EV charging experience, encompassing everything from individual driver interactions in our mobile app to comprehensive fleet and infrastructure management in our charge point management system, and extending to our dedicated partner portals.

Mission: Transforming Fleet & Roaming Experiences

Your mission is to lead the transformation of the EV charging landscape for fleets and roaming:

• Fleet Management: Innovate and streamline fleet charging operations, making them more efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Your goal is to empower fleet managers and solutions providers with the tools they need to optimize their EV fleets, improving overall operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Enhancing Roaming Capabilities: Expand and enhance the roaming experience for EV drivers, ensuring seamless access to charging points, ease of use, and reliability. This involves creating intuitive experiences in our mobile app, reducing range anxiety, and ensuring drivers have the information and access they need when they need it.
• Strategic Development: You'll be at the forefront of developing strategies that bridge the gap between the current state of EV charging and the future we envision. This role is crucial in shaping the direction and success of Monta's Fleet & Roaming initiatives.

Requirements

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Has a proven track record of 3+ years in product management, ideally within software environments related to IoT, EV charging, or fleet management.
• Is adept in using project management tools like Jira ensuring efficient and timely delivery of product features. Understanding analytical tools such as Tableau and Mixpanel is a plus.
• Thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.
• Balances user empathy with a strategic mindset, using data-driven insights to inform product development.
