As Product Manager (f/m/d) at envelio your are eager to push our product to the next level. In this role, you have end-to-end responsibility for improving our product within your team’s mission. You will work across departments with Designers, Engineers and Customer Success Managers to improve the user experience for our customers.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You develop a deep understanding of envelio’s IGP, the market as well as our customers, their needs and challenges within their daily workflows; this onboarding phase will be supported by our Traineeship Program in collaboration with all related teams in the company
  • You understand a complex B2B-product within the market of renewable energies and electrical grids, and you can prioritize according to the stakeholders’ needs
  • You understand the need of “stakeholders that need special attention” such as key customers, customers in new markets, contract-driven customers and the tender process and ordered developments
  • You systematically analyze and prioritize the feedback of your stakeholders and align the roadmap together with our Product Owners
  • You break down complex user needs and write clear specifications product requirements in collaboration with the Product Owners
  • You manage your key stakeholders’ expectations and timelines in a project-like environment, while keeping a product development driven way of working
  • You manage product delivery in an agile setting together with the Product Owners for all Kanban activities

What you need to succeed

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Management or an equivalent field of study
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in (SaaS) product management as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Software Engineering  and/or you have at least 3 years of experience in project management
  • You are familiar with the energy industry and have at least 3 years of professional experience in this field
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and your affinity to work autonomously in a result-oriented way is clearly pronounced
  • Your working style is characterized by an analytical and structured way of thinking
  • You are proficient in modern best practices for product managers and/or project management, including working with empowered, cross-functional teams in an agile and/or  project-oriented environment
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate the whole team
