Location: This role is based in North Carolina, with > 50% travel to manufacturing sites in the Midwest and R&D facility in Santa Cruz.

We are looking for people who have: 10 years experience in extrusion or manufacturingOr 5 years experience in extrusion or manufacturing with a relevant Associate DegreeOr 2-3 years experience in extrusion or manufacturing with B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical or Materials Science Engineering or similarUnderstanding of Lean Six Sigma PrinciplesSelf-starter with great time management and organizational skillsAbility to clearly articulate complex ideas and excellent communication skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects at a timeAbility to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment
