If you share our passion for ushering in the era of the clean electron, we look forward to learning what you would uniquely bring to Arcadia!</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">#LI-REMOTE</span></p> <div class="eoe-text"> <h3><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Someone who has a proven track record of using sophisticated analytics and data science techniques to solve complex business problems and advance a rapidly growing business</li> <li>Takes initiative to find solutions to problems that aren’t fully laid out or specified</li> <li>Thrives in situations where the operating protocols are being developed along the way</li> <li>Uses data to provide grounded recommendations and sees initiatives through to implementation</li> <li>Builds and maintains positive relationships with cross-functional business partners</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide strategic analysis and insights to drive the growth of the Community Solar business by deeply understanding and improving customer acquisition performance across teams and channels</li> <li>Inform C-suite strategic decisions around which acquisition channels to deploy in specific markets to acquire targeted customer segments</li> <li>Use advanced analytical techniques to understand and forecast customer growth</li> <li>Estimate the potential impact of software improvements to the customer sign-up process and evaluate their success</li> <li>Work across the organization using analytical principles and structured thinking to:</li> <li>Partner with Sales teams to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the top performing channels</li> <li>Partner with Marketing to design experiments and evaluate campaigns aimed at driving customer growth at lower costs</li> <li>Partner with Finance to quantify the impact of acquisition improvements on key corporate metrics</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What will help you succeed:</strong></h3> <h3><strong>Must-haves:</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5-7+ years work experience as an analyst in a business setting</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Defining the problem: Ability to apply structured problem decomposition to identify root causes to complex problems, typically in undefined and evolving situations</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Data acquisition: Strong background in data structures and familiarity with variety of tools, languages, and techniques to bring the right data to bear to solve business problems</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analytical Techniques: Deep understanding of statistical techniques and a demonstrated ability to apply the right approach to the right circumstance</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Synthesizing data: Experience with languages and tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau that enable rich analysis</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Narrative Storytelling: Proven capability to tell compelling, insightful stories based on data &amp;
