We are looking for a passionate People Operations Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll help us shape key areas such as; managing payroll programs, identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks, and drafting guidance that align with global initiatives. What you will do:
Work closely with the leadership team, local employees, and global people operations team to identify local employment, labour relations, and compliance risks Create and revise company guidance ensuring they align with our culture, business goals and comply with regulatory standardsCollaborate with our external partners across People Ops to make sure we're working efficiently and fast whilst keeping our standards high Be the APAC ambassador in the global engagement working group and support on rolling out initiatives locallyIdentifying improvement opportunities and taking charge of process improvement projects - making things easier, more streamlined and more efficientEnsure we are constantly reviewing and adapting to business needsResponsible for drafting and sending employment contracts to successful candidatesCreate employee profiles on our HRIS (Hibob) in a timely manner and uphold our people data accuracy for new hiresPotential to expand remit to rest of APAC What you will have:
