ABOUT THE POSITION

Fluence is seeking a passionate individual committed to using their talents to solve the most challenging and important problems of our time; helping to transform the way we power our world and accelerate a sustainable energy future. 

Fluence seeks a Transformation and Competitiveness Manager to drive cross-functional strategy and transformation projects across Fluence’s Global businesses.

We are looking for a diligent, motivated, and experienced Manager with strong ownership for topics, self-organization and people skills.

You will be responsible for managing several cross-functional projects with high relevancy and strong exposure to our top management. You will actively contribute Fluence’s competitiveness with a focus on cost-out and product differentiation. Furthermore, you will prepare, host, and moderate operative as well as strategic meetings with top management stakeholders from regional and central organizations.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Competitiveness, the Transformation and Competitiveness Manager will gain the responsibilities to:

•Lead and manage cross-functional and cross-regional strategy and transformation projects with high impact on Fluence’s business. 

•Act as sparring partner for Fluence’s management on strategic and competitiveness question.

•Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, providing regular updates to top management.

•Drive change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and practices across the organization.

•Support the continuous improvement of project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices within the organization.
