We are headquartered in Seattle, but are open to remote location depending on role and if a candidate resides in a state we currently employ in.
The Role
As a People Operations Generalist for Omnidian, you will handle a broad range of People Operations duties, owning administration of various functions and ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all HR functions. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will play an integral role in elevating Omnidian’s company culture through passionate and engaged teams and an amazing employee experience.

2+ years of experience as a HR Coordinator, Generalist or similar role Experience with scheduling or calendar management Proficient with applicant tracking systems and HRISProficient with G-Suite and ExcelDiversity, equity and inclusion training or experienceExperience That’s a Plus
