We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People Operations team in London.
This role is to ensure we maintain our outstanding candidate experience through the post offer stage until someone's first day, using our automated onboarding journey.
The main areas of support will be: the creation of contracts and employee profiles, improve and automate our new starters journey from point of offer, through onboarding to their first day.
You will be the candidate's first point of contact for questions that arise. You will support our managers with system related questions like internal movers or updating information on a candidate's profile. You will also need to work closely with our recruiters in the Talent team to ensure an incredible candidate experience as well as gather feedback on how we can always improve.
We have various teams across a complex business so you must be used to working in a fast paced environment, while maintaining focus on detail. You need to be agile, flexible and build rapport quickly with our internal and external stakeholders as the business grows.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with wider People Operations activities, including helping manage team member and manager queries about our systems and processes.

Responsible for drafting and sending employment contracts to successful candidates and monitoring the status of their background checks Work closely with the Talent team to ensure we have all the offer information and responding to any questions new hires haveCreate employee profiles on our HRIS (Hibob) in a timely manner and uphold our people data accuracy for new hiresCollaborating closely with the rest of the Onboarding team to ensure seamless operationsRespond to team member and manager queries about our people systems and processes on our helpdeskSupport on other People Operations related projects where needed
