The Job
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with top volume Residential Field Service Partners (FSPs), ensuring a best-in-class service delivery experience. You will collaborate closely with Residential Field Service Managers, Onboarding, Dispatch, Compliance, and Procurement teams to support partner performance and engagement. This role reports to the Manager, Partner Account Manager and serves as a key liaison between Omnidian and our FSP network.

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with high-volume residential FSPs.Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations, communications, and alignmentEstablish structured engagement cadences (e.g., QBRs, check-ins, performance reviews)Support Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely payment escalation and resolutionFoster mutual growth through transparent and proactive communicationPerformance Management & Operational Excellence (35%)
Monitor KPIs and SLAs (volume capacity, turnaround time, dispatch-to-completion ratios)Deliver structured performance reporting and feedback using tools like Salesforce and SigmaPartner with RFSMs to address performance gaps and drive improvement plansTrack key operational metrics (dispatch to accepted, accepted to scheduled, etc.)Identify trends to inform strategic partner initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiencies and partner satisfactionTraining & Continuous Improvement (25%)
