We are looking for an experienced learning professional who can design learning modules and manage the mentorship program. You will play an important part in the program delivery of both digital and live learning content for new hires, people managers, and individual contributors. You will support the onboarding and mentorship programs and design training for people managers and individual contributors. You will have experience in instructional design and an understanding of visual design principles. You will have facilitation skills. Your responsibilities will include creating visually appealing digital content such as videos, graphics, and infographics that communicate the important concepts of the learning material.

You will work onsite in Devens, MA or Natick, MA and report to the Director of Learning and Development.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Turn text-based learning into visually engaging micro-learning content
  • Content and program manage our new onboarding journey program by delivering digital and live content about our business, leadership, values, compliance, safety, policies, and more
  • Facilitate DiSC and other programs for individual contributors and managers
  • Design live content on soft skills topics such as change management and communication
  • Conduct training on Lattice Talent and Career Management Tools
  • Create surveys and evaluate data to create a dashboard on the effectiveness of all learning content
  • Contribute digital content to processes that could support any department or aspect of our business
  • Manage compliance training packages such as Harassment Prevention, monitoring completion, compliance with State Laws, and reporting
  • Complete HSI training setup via Rippling.
  • Program Manage EH2 Flu Clinic - Schedule, communicate, and coordinate with local resources to support all locations
  • Schedule all open enrollment sessions and draft and manage all communications and reminders
  • Manage Ping-board organization chart

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video, narration tools, and software
  • Experience designing and deploying micro-learning and other instructional design strategies (gamification, social learning)
  • 2+ years experience using tools like Articulate Storyline, PowToon's, screen capture tools like Loom, any video editing tools like the vocal video, Adobe suite: premier pro
  • Understanding of visual design principles and their application in instructional design
  • Experience in managing mentoring and onboarding programs and events
  • Live and virtual facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in graphic and video design tools and software

$75,000$100,000 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​

Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package. We feel strongly that our team should not have to worry about having quality healthcare. In addition to the base salary offered, the hired applicant may receive:​
