Team Leader, Order Operations
• Process Hardware, Software, and professional service opportunities for ChargePoint sales territory reps.
• Schedule Sales orders in NetSuite ensuring accuracy and communicating order expectations in a timely manner
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure orders are shipped per shipping and delivery requirements
• Review salesforce opportunities and ensure customers have accounts payable contact information prior to processing an order
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, customers, partners and cross functional teams such as finance & accounting, product management, operations and logistics.
• Review and research order issues including shipment status and invoice discrepancies and resolve with appropriate teams
• Reconcile your sales orders to assure accurate monthly and quarterly billing.
• Present ideas and recommendations, and continuously look for ways to improve sales and sales operations processes
• Act as a backup to other sales operations team members as needed
• Support other sales efforts as assigned
• Ability to handle quantity and quality of order processing
• Ability to respond and react to internal and external customers in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate timely (written & verbal), effectively and Clearly with various audiences
• Ability to balance order processing and simultaneous projects by evaluating workload and prioritizing tasks based on criticality
• Demonstrates the highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills
• Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functions
• Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills and know when to act quickly
• Ability to articulate needs for process improvements
· Experience working in Sales Operations supporting sales organizations.
· 2+ years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and NetSuite
· Perform and maintain data quality on ERP and CRM systems that provide better business and financial reporting accuracy
· Experience with managing projects in Jira and Confluence.
