Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery of products. Being part of our Supply Chain Team and a driving factor behind our Sales Team, you will collaborate across departments, break barriers, and be the go-to person for your colleagues as well as our key partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly planning and streamline order transport for impeccable logistics.
• Excel in using the ERP system to efficiently handle customer orders and ensure on-time delivery in an organized manner.
• Process returns and replacements for returned products, coordinating the physical pickup schedule.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to champion in order fulfillment, smooth transportation, and strategic prioritization.
• Stay alert for opportunities to improve processes, motivating our team to provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
• Engage with customers to coordinate shipments.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• You have experience in a production-, administrative-, or project-oriented role.
• You are someone with affinity for technology and software and are quick to learn new technologies.
• Prior experience with ERP software is a plus.
• You can express yourself fluently in English, Dutch and French.
• You thrive in a flexible work environment, with room for an independent and solution oriented approach.
• You possess a talent for time management and maintaining a structured approach.
• You have a 'green' heart and believe in renewable energy.
