As a Test Operations Lead, you will support the engineering effort by a diverse team of engineers and technicians building a world-changing product to decarbonize our vital industrial sectors.

This position reports to the manager of the cell test architecture team and is based in Natick, MA.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage our technician task force on the ground in Natick, involving electrical, mechanical and fluid system work
  • Assist with machine modification where necessary, helping fill gaps with current staffing
  • Collate and disseminate information from other teams regarding what changes, modifications, or new equipment is needed in the Natick lab space
  • Hire additional technician resources as necessary
  • Identify gaps in current machine capability and work with other engineers to remedy
  • Maintain and update all documentation pertaining to any of Electric Hydrogen's cell testing machines. This involves P&ID's, bill of materials, operations manuals, theories of operation, etc.
  • Develop programs to keep engineering and technician team organized with inventory system, tool system, maintenance schedules, etc.


PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND PROFFESIONAL QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, science, or technical field
  • 5+ years as an engineer, project, or program manager
  • Experience with pressurized systems, potentially including pneumatics
  • Experience with stainless steel swage and NPT fitting assembly
  • Experience with industrial electrical equipment
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and edit engineering documentation, including mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, P&ID's
  • Experience with controls systems and automated equipment a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced and comfortable collaborating with executives, scientists, and engineers
  • Proficient with typical desktop and web applications
  • Startup experience a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
[Natick Zone] Test Operations Lead: $109,000 - $145,000 per year

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​
