About This Opportunity
Rachio seeks a strategic-thinking Operations Coordinator to join our Supply Chain & Operations team. This role will report to the Director of Supply Chain and oversee the flow of orders through various systems into our central ERP system. You will ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment through our 3PL warehouse partners. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and other departments to increase supply chain agility and reliability. What You’ll Do
- Execute order processing and fulfillment
- Monitor Order Statuses
- Maintain SLA’s and address SLA misses
- Order Processing Training
- Onboard new Customers/Vendors and setup routing instructions with 3PL
- Troubleshoot TMS or Routing Issues with 3PL and monitor 3PL for accurate implementation of routing instructions
- Coordinate changes with 3PL to support customer needs
- Escalate any order fulfillment and inventory issues to 3PL and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, etc.)
- Submit data to marketplace partners for dropship fulfillment
- Manage omni-channel retailers and Amazon POs, fulfillment, and dispute resolution
- Monitor 3PL to minimize Chargebacks
- Submit disputes, identify root causes, and implement controls
- Provide inventory reporting, summaries, and reconciliation for our Finance team
- Become the operations systems & processes expert
- Generate standard system reports and analysis for internal company needs
- Research discrepancies to identify root causes and collaborate with 3PL to make corrections
- Review PI results and address discrepancies with 3PL
- Coordinate PI results with Finance to update ERP
- Identify processing issues and coordinate with 3PL to fix
- Support RMA processes for individual customers, physical retailers, and irrigation professionals
- Manage execution of RMA process and dispositions by 3PL
- Coordinate the recycling of damaged goods as warranted per dispositions
- Interface with customers as needed on orders/fulfillment
- Execute all logistics for upstream and downstream bookings
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 4+ years of relevant experience required if you do not have a bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in an operations, analytics, or an accounting role
- Experience with EDI platforms in both integrations and day-to-day operations (SPSCommerce, CommerceHub preferred)
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure minimal error rate
- Strong organizational skills that drive fast & efficient execution
- “Owner’s” attitude - you’re willing to problem solve and enjoy working both independently and cross-functionally
- Experience coordinating with external partners (contract manufacturers, 3PL)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate operational metrics, problem solve, and think critically.
- Experience with physical inventory order fulfillment preferred
- Experienced with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 with a bonus structure based on individual & company performance

Location & Travel
- This is a remote position
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rachio is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas.
- Preference will be given for candidates in Southwest or CT/MT timezone.
- Although Rachio is a remote company, all employees are expected to travel for an annual company-wide offsite event and in-person team meetings (6-7 days overall) throughout the year. These hosted events include paid travel to and from a selected city in the United States. Additional travel may be required (e.g. 3PL visit)
