We have an exciting opportunity sitting within our ECO team, for an experienced Account Manager to help combine our great internal capabilities with those of the key strategic partners who will support our delivery.
Here at Octopus Energy ECO, we’re responsible for delivering the government mandated eco obligation scheme on behalf of Octopus Energy! We are super passionate about helping customers on low income and benefits to improve the insulation in their homes, to help reduce their bills and carbon emissions.

What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for Performance management of our 3rd party partners…ensuring regular measurement of delivery against agreed KPIsContinuous improvement will be key; optimising processes, building incremental increases in delivery - and ensuring that best practice is adopted and evolvedManage key accounts - with service providers across installation and service deliveryBuild strong relationships with your stakeholders - with a strong sense of trust, teamwork and mutual accountability that fosters win-win outcomesUtilise data across your role to make the best possible decisions, understanding how to manage, analyse and collate data from a variety of sourcesPartner with our relationship management team to combine day to day management of service delivery with more strategic approach to partnering strategy and leveraging opportunities across B2B relationshipsCoordinate multiple internal teams to support, facilitate and drive strong delivery from our partnersFacilitate internal / external meetings - keeping all teams on track with key deliverables and accountabilitiesWhat you'll need
Previous experience in an Account Manager role ideally in a Field/Installation capacityIdeally experience or knowledge of ECO4/GBIS measure Experience in working in a dynamic high-growth company is preferableExperience of producing high quality complex reportsA solution focussed approach especially with regards to resolution of issuesEnthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit – someone who makes things happen
