At Octopus Energy, we're redefining the energy sector with innovation at our core. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist that considers themselves a jack of all trades with a knack for cultivating dynamic partnerships and scaling our affiliate network.
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll take the lead in enhancing our partnership and affiliate channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also a doer—someone who can balance creative campaign design with rigorous performance analysis. You’ll also dabble in traditional marketing, collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement unique campaigns, customer love initiatives, content, and anything else that comes along the way.

What you'll do:
Strategic Partnership Development: Forge and nurture partnerships that align with our strategic goals and enhance brand visibility.Affiliate Program Management: Oversee our affiliate program, driving growth through tactical recruitment and retention strategies.Campaign Management: Craft and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's unique value and engage our target audience.Data Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights to continually refine our marketing efforts.Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives. What you'll need:
2-5 years of broad marketing experience, ideally with a focus on partnerships and affiliate marketing. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Strong strategic planning, project management, and communication skills, with an analytical approach to marketing. Experience with Tableau, DataBricks and Google Analytics are nice to have, but not necessary. Proactive, detail-oriented, data-minded, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.There's some things you should know:
