About the company:

Crusoe exists to bring energy to ideas. We are the pioneers of clean computing infrastructure that reduces both the costs and the environmental impact of the world’s expanding digital economy. By unlocking stranded sources of energy to power cloud and data center services, we are creating the climate-aligned future of compute-intensive innovation that reduces rather than adds to emissions. The world’s appetite for computation, energy, and progress will never stop growing. Crusoe is here to bring energy to ideas in ways that are aligned with the needs of our climate.

Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.

Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

About the Role:

Crusoe is at the forefront of expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure, with active projects in Abilene, Texas and beyond. We’re also growing our manufacturing to support these efforts. We’re seeking motivated construction professionals to help lead generational projects that will support our country’s position as a global AI leader.

As an Assistant Construction Project Manager (ACPM), Integrated Infrastructure, you’ll support planning, coordination, and execution of facility construction projects within a shared services model. • Identify and help mitigate construction risks

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations for project integration

  • Provide regular progress updates and highlight key milestones

  • Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, and permit coordination

  • Maintain project documentation (minutes, drawings, specs, commissioning records)

  • Enforce and maintain safety protocols on all sites

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

  • 0–3 years of construction management experience (data centers, industrial, or commercial facilities preferred)

  • Understanding of building structures and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

  • Familiarity with MEP systems, manufacturing, natural gas pipelines, or high-availability infrastructure (plus)

  • Experience with construction management software (MS Project, Procore, Monday.com, Bluebeam, Autodesk, GSuite)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Willingness to travel ~25% (more if needed)
