What You Will Be Doing

The Marketing Project Manager is the hub of Marketing’s planning and execution activities. As a member of the Marketing Operations (MOPS) team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as designing repeatable processes that will allow for speed, agility and efficiency. You will work with stakeholders and vendor partners across both global and regional teams.

You have an eye for detail, are passionate about establishing processes and maximizing efficiency and always strive to take the initiative to stay one step ahead. You are a clear communicator, enjoy building relationships and value teamwork.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

Responsibilities:

  • Become the source of truth for all things Asana, including project templates, goals, milestones, workloads, intake forms, integrations, etc.
  • Use department project management system Asana to manage, track and report on department resources
  • Take ownership of internal marketing processes documentation and improvements
  • Develop project management plans for marketing campaigns and new product initiatives. Identify requirements and dependencies and develop schedules to meet project timelines.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage the planning and execution of complex/high-profile initiatives
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of projects and ensure work is progressing as planned
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure planning and collaboration across the entire project lifecycle
  • Consistently manage expectations on realistic timelines for delivery based on overall resources available
  • Review department projects for completeness at submission and before design handoff
  • Regularly assess and report on incoming and outgoing project management
  • Facilitate team meetings and activities, facilitate vendor selection process, day-to-day vendor management, reporting etc.
  • Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
  • Proactively identifies project risks and needed mitigation
  • Perform retrospectives, document learnings, and optimize processes
  • Help manage digital asset management system (Sharepoint) including file tagging and uploading and maintenance
  • Assist with quality reviews including proofing as needed
  • Assist with project management across departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Admin level experience with Asana or a similar project management platform
  • 4-6 years experience in marketing-related team developing programs or materials
  • 4+ years of project management experience within a corporate marketing department, creative studio or agency
  • Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology
  • Proven ability to drive projects at all levels in the company – on time, on scope, on budget
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, be resourceful in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and take collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate to find common ground and compromise solutions
  • Experience managing external agencies and suppliers
  • Experience with digital asset management systems
  • Experience storing and tracking assets

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $70,000 to $140,750. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
