Forager seeks a driven Marketing and Product Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy while overseeing product development and collaboration initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Craft and implement Forager's comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness and product engagement.
  • Brand & Product Narratives: Create compelling brand stories and product narratives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient and impactful use of resources.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media and content creation. Collaborate with both internal and external teams to produce engaging content such as product descriptions, promotional materials, and digital assets. The ability to independently create compelling content (e.g., videos, photography) is a plus.
  • Collaborations & Events: Work closely with the Ecovative Marketing team on trade show booth design and execution, ensuring alignment with visual brand identity. Coordinate with Ecovative HQ Marketing on PR and events, and ideate, initiate, and execute designer collaborations.
  • Product Development: Lead Forager prototyping efforts by working with external partners on design, material selection, and implementation. Stay informed on fashion and color trends to guide prototyping, organize wear and tear tests, and optimize technical specifications.
  • Manufacturing & Product Expertise: Continuously update and optimize Forager's manufacturing guidelines, care instructions, and administer the reference library of finished materials. Become the go-to expert on the technical performance of our products and their best use cases.
  • Sustainability Messaging: Draft sustainability-focused marketing messages in collaboration with the Director of Sustainability.
  • Sales Alignment: Coordinate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals, maintaining consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and gather competitive insights, distributing a quarterly market report to keep the team informed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or product management within the fashion or leather/textile industry. A background in fashion/accessories design or business combined with marketing experience is ideal
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and work effectively in complex environments. A balance of technical understanding and creative design capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a well-established network within the premium and luxury accessories sector
  • A deep passion for sustainability and a commitment to advancing environmental goals through performance-driven initiatives
  • Hands-on mentality and passion for entrepreneurial companies
  • This is a Remote role and you can  be Located in Europe within the EU (Remote based out of EU countries -Preferred countries; France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, UK)
