What You Will Be Doing:
You will build and modify hardware prototypes in a machine shop environment. Using your hands-on skills, you’ll support science, engineering, and R&D projects, assist others in the use of shop tools, and help maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace. You will report to one of our Production Managers and this is an onsite role located at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:
- Perform basic machining tasks to fabricate or modify parts
- Accept new projects and complete them promptly and accurately
- Follow company safety procedures while performing all work
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
Required Skills:
- Experience operating a horizontal band saw, TRAK-style conversational mill, manual lathe
- Proficiency with accurate drilling and tapping techniques
- Experience working with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, fiberglass, and plastic
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- At least 1 year of experience following detailed procedures with high accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating as part of a team

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. We are committed to fostering a fair and equitable environment in every aspect of our operations, including compensation.
This is a non-exempt hourly role.
