The Manager, Human Resources is the site human resources leader for Lucid Motors’ Middle East operations.  This position composes part of the regional HR leadership team and leads the delivery of all aspects of talent acquisition for sales, service, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and corporate staff functions (HR, Legal, Finance).

The Role

  • Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates 
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates and can engage with candidates and share what sets the company apart from competitors 
  • Build a strong network of high-potential candidates through research and relationships with internal and external partners 
  • Partners with business leaders to develop target candidate profiles, sourcing strategies and assessment plans specific to a given requisition/position. 
  • Deliver a robust interview-to-hire ratio and deliver high-caliber hires thru effective negotiation strategies 
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline 
  • Influences decisions based on business knowledge and relationships 
  • Utilizes information gathered from interviews and references to support hiring recommendations. 
  • Gathers information related to the candidates’ individual situation, including compensation data, relocation needs, and other considerations related to interest in the opportunity 
  • Develops offer recommendations and extends offers to candidates. 
  • Develops sourcing plans which support broader organizational goals and business strategies; plans may be for an individual position or in support of a broad functional strategy
  • Consistently updates applicant tracking system in a timely manner with appropriate candidate and/or position information. Maintains a record of recruiting activities which includes candidate assessment and requisition data. 
  • Requirements

  • Knowledge of a broad range of talent acquisition strategies and practices; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
  • Highly collaborative; comfortable leading people in a matrixed environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to foster and support a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork; able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across all departments
  • Able to analyze data to guide strategic talent acquisition planning
  • Comfortable to give effective presentations to all levels of the organization 
  • Undergraduate degree in business, human resources management, psychology, or related field Ä More than 5 years of experience in progressive talent acquisition positions, with at least 3 years leading a team 
  • MBA, Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Master’s degree in Industrial Relations, or similar Ä More than 10 years of experience in progressive HR positions, with at least 5 years leading a team
  • Automotive, manufacturing, or advanced technology experience
