Director Inside Sales Europe
Without a beginning, there is no end. In our Sales Development department, sales cycles are born. We look forward to welcoming our new Manager Sales Development focusing on UK and France at ChargePoint.
The Manager Sales Development will play a crucial role in leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Together, you will bring new business opportunities and revenue pipeline into the ChargePoint sales funnel. In this role, you will strategically develop sales opportunities within medium and large enterprises. The main focus of you, alongside your team, will be to innovatively engage with prospective business buyers, to identify and qualify the lead through an educated variety of inbound and outbound approaches.
Approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to guiding your team toward success, leveraging your expertise, talent, and coaching abilities, and focusing on the right activities and approach to generate new business opportunities. The other 50% will generate your own new business pipeline and lead by example. The position will require flexibility in working with the changing environment of a global sales force and be prepared to fulfill additional responsibilities as needed. There is no travel expected for this role.
