Manager, Cost Integration

Zoox is transforming mobility-as-a-service by developing a fully autonomous, purpose-built fleet designed for AI to drive and humans to enjoy.

The Cost Integration team is responsible for properly quantifying the safety, comfort, and progress of the mobile robot, as well as properly integrating it into the robot’s optimization routines for decision making and motion planning. The Cost integration team emphasizes computationally efficient, simple, principled, and scalable approaches, while balancing the competing objectives to good driving. We are looking for an experienced manager who is passionate about the exciting challenges involved in motion planning and decision making.

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $221,000 to $319,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Employees working in this position will be required to have received a single dose of the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine OR have completed the two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccine series. In addition, employees will be required to receive a COVID-19 booster vaccine within two months of becoming eligible for the booster vaccine.
