Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a Maintenance spare parts planner to develop, implement, and maintain and effective spare parts program. .This role reports into our Equipment Maintenance Manager.. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!

This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 – Form Energy’s 550,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Weirton, WV, a commutable distance from Pittsburgh. Purpose-built for high-volume, advanced battery production, Form Factory 1 is a hub of fast-moving, collaborative work driving a new era of large-scale American energy manufacturing in the heart of the Rust Belt.

What you'll do:

• Build and implement a comprehensive spare parts program for production, maintenance, and facilities equipment

• Identify critical, insurance, and consumable spare parts based on asset criticality and failure history

• Maintain accurate spare parts inventory records, including quantities, locations, and usage history

• Track spare parts consumption and adjust min/max levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess inventory

• Generate and manage spare parts quotes from vendors and suppliers

• Identify and track cost savings opportunities through standardization, supplier consolidation, and inventory optimization

What you'll bring:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience in spare parts planning, inventory management, maintenance planning, or supply chain operations

• Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts

• Experience working with CMMS and/or ERP systems

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, engineering, and procurement
