Octopus Energy Services is driving the transition to greener, cheaper energy for homes across the UK. We’re giving customers the power to manage their energy through the latest in-home low-carbon tech; from heat pumps, smart meters and EV chargers; , to home batteries, solar, and beyond. In order to do this, we need to ensure that our install teams are supported to deliver to the highest standard - the Octopus standard.
We’re looking for an L&D Manager to join our team. This role focuses on our digital platform and ensuring employees have the tools and learning opportunities to deliver in their roles and develop into leaders.
This fast-paced business needs someone able to deploy digital solutions strategically while also facilitating impactful face-to-face experiences. You'll support engagement, culture, wellbeing and communications teams in addition to leading targeted learning programs for customer-facing roles.
