The Content Lead Producer oversees the planning, development, and execution of content creation initiatives within the Brand team. This person will drives the content production process, from conception to distribution, and ensures that content aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with the target audience.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education, and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California San Francisco Bay Area - $108,000 - $140,000 per year
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Supports Director, Brand Content, in developing a comprehensive content calendar that outlines the production schedule and content themesSupports the Director in the evaluation of projects, recommends internal and external resource allocation.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to define and refine the content strategy for specific campaigns/projects, ensuring it aligns with the objectives and audience needsCollaborates with Creative Leads, Design team, Marketing stakeholders and agencies, where relevant, in the planning and execution of content projectsDefines project scopes, objectives, timelines, and budgetsOversees the end-to-end content production process, from initial brainstorming and scripting to production, editing, and distributionMaintains quality control throughout the production cycleAllocates resources, including team members, freelancers, and contractors, to specific content projects based on skills and workloadManages external vendors and agencies Manages the budget allocated for content production, including tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and optimizing resource allocation for cost-effectivenessMaintains open and effective communication with internal teams, executives, and external partners to ensure alignment on content goals and progressPresents reports and updates on content performance and project milestonesCollaborates with Marketing, Brand and International offices to stand up a global content production and distribution networkRequirements:
5 + years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experienceSkilled in managing a high volume of creative and contentLed and/or built a dynamic team of producers and project managersPassion for mission-driven brandsPortfolio of proven brand-defining short and long-form contentExpert aptitude in project management tools like Basecamp, Asana, Smartsheets, Air Table etcVersed in all aspects of multimedia content production
