As a Senior Brakes Design Engineer for Chassis you will help develop braking technologies and components in production vehicles. You will be viewed as a technical leader of braking system on the chassis team which will help guide the design work of your colleagues in order to develop world leading electric vehicles.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
California (Bay Area) - $115,000-165,000 per year
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. 5+ years of automotive industry experience, focus on braking system designPersonally taken brake components from concept to productionProven 3D CAD skillsHands-on practical experience in prototype assemblyExperience in technology, system, and supplier selectionDesign release engineering experience, including engineering change management and project management experienceAbility to Travel domestically and internationallyAdvantageous:
