This individual is responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments at CFS. They will work in the IT Business Applications team and work to identify problems and opportunities within CFS and ultimately contribute to providing solutions that help achieve the business' goals by translating business needs into ERP solutions in collaboration with IT colleagues.
Primary location for this role is Devens, MA.

This team member will:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions on the ERP platform (Odoo).Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business needWork with business stakeholder to define acceptable solution to urgent needsDocument requirements, use cases and business processesWork with the Project Manager in the prioritization effort with the businessDocument and maintain the documentation about business processesWork with the IT colleagues to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirementsWork with the process owners to define test scenariosPerform user acceptance testing with business stakeholdersThe ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or equivalent experienceExperience in the manufacturing industry Specific Business Analyst certification are a plus5+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting ERPExperience with ERP platforms (such as: SAP, Oracle, JDE, etc), Odoo preferredExperience working with leadershipFamiliarity with foundational business processes including finance, supply chain and manufacturing in Engineering environmentsStrong communication/interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a critical eye for detailExcellent documentation skills for business process and requirementsAbility to see the big picture.Have excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skillsAble to adapt quickly to changing client requirementsAdditional experience and/or qualifications:
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentationsWord, Excel, Powerpoint, flowcharting toolsWillingness to travel occasionallyAbility to perform activities for extended periods of time such as typing, standing, and sitting
