What you'll do

Assist with new and periodic updates to marketing content including presentation decks, case study documents, teasers helping to ensure all our content aligns to our distribution strategy and messaging.

Monitor investor engagement and follow-up activities to identify "warm" leads, ensuring the Distribution team is positioned to convert interest into commitments effectively

Identify and qualify prospective investors by conducting research, building a robust pipeline to support fundraising targets.

Coordinate the CRM system to map out key clients' investment strategy to maximise our knowledge for our sales process.

Assist on periodic updates to our institutional clients across our product lines and wider business as well as thought leadership.

Support organising roadshows for Europe and Asia.

Project management to deliver successes on events, external or internally-hosted, industry conferences to ensure smooth coordination and preparation.

What you'll need

Native or professional fluency in German: Ability to accurately translate marketing materials and communicate professionally with DACH-region institutional investors.

Some exposure, experience or degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an interest in the Renewable Energy or Infrastructure sectors is preferred.

High Proficiency in MS Office: Specifically PowerPoint for pitch book formatting and Excel for maintaining investor trackers and data.

Organisational & Project Management Skills: The ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Proactive "Sales" Mindset: A confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, conduct research into prospective leads, and follow up on action items.

The ability to act as a professional point of contact for high-net-worth or institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
