Your role and your team:

We are looking for an ambitious team player with a high motivation for data analytics and data visualization.

You will report directly to the Head of R&D Supply Chain and work closely together with the Supply Chain Experts as well as various internal and external interfaces e.g. Development Operations, Logistics and Production Planning and Control.

As your main task you will define and implement the future supply chain operations monitoring and steering system by setting up a digital dashboard. This dashboard shall contain and visualize all relevant supply chain information from the ERP system and provide a customized view including open tasks and status, to support the Supply Chain Experts in their daily operations.

 

Your tasks:

You will:

  • Lead and manage the project to set-up of the supply chain operations dashboard and ensure an implementation on time and quality
  • Gather requirements and use cases from Supply Chain Experts and process owners
  • Define and align concepts with all relevant stakeholders
  • Test, implement and continuously improve the supply chain dashboard in line with the business prioritization
  • Visualize and simplify data to enable a structured daily operation
  • Enhance the R&D procurement KPI performance board and digital landscape
  • Support supply chain operations if required
  • Drive problem solving and provide sustainable solutions
  • Support and lead other projects by performing researching, analysis and stakeholder management

Your profile:

Business Experience / Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in business Informatics or other relevant fields of study
  • Profound knowledge in supply chain
  • Solid experiences in working with databases
  • Work independently
  • Willing to take the initiative
  • Able to suggest optimization proposals
  • Able to transfer improvement ideas into reality

IT Skills

  • MS Office
  • Experience with data analytic tools e.g. Palantir, Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools
  • ERP System
  • Programming (SQL, Phyton, Pyspark)

Language Skills

  • English minimum C1
