Your Role and Your Team:

In the People Division we focus on creating a culture where our Lilians have the ability and tools to develop and grow. Your assignment will start within Learning and Development which is part of the Talent and Culture Team. Our Learning and Development specialists work on cultivating a culture of curious learners and constant improvement. With our diverse employee base, international scope and rapid growth, you will be challenged every day of your internship; our Lilians are inquisitive by nature and eager for opportunities to learn new things.

Our goal is to provide them with the right tools, skills and knowledge to enable them to successfully navigate their most critical challenges right from the start. Creating and delivering high-impact learning programs or providing individual and leadership development are just some of the ways we work towards increasing the health and performance of Lilium.      

The L&D team consists of individuals who are passionate about helping the community of Lilians reach their fullest potential and prepare the organization for “lift-off”. Are you up for the challenge and ready to grow alongside us? Then this is the internship opportunity for you!

Your Day to Day:

  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for the Lilium Academy and maintain them on the learning management system Design and create reports for training and business insights
  • Support with onboarding program and activities for the new hires
  • Be a part of cross-departmental projects (e.g. the rollout of new IT solutions)
  • Support across and get insights into all parts of the Lilium Academy (e.g. corporate training, soft skills, engineering skills, leadership development)
  • Work on any ad-hoc related tasks or projects as necessary
  • Support cross-departmental teams within the People Division with essential tasks (e.g. People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Rewards and Recognition, PBP, Talent activities)

Your Profile:

  • You must be currently enrolled in a HR management or similar university degree /programme 
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have experience or are interested in learning about L&D and the wider People function
  • You are data minded, excellent at interpreting available data and leveraging it to take decisions
  • You know your way around office applications (especially Excel)
  • Ideally you have some experience working in a fast-paced international environment (e.g. internship experience)
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Available for a minimum of six months full time

Working time: This is a full time Internship for 6 months.  You will be based onsite with the possibility to work 2-3 days remotely.
