En este puesto, impulsará el lanzamiento y el mantenimiento exitosos de los volúmenes de producción para los arneses de cables de Rivian

Responsabilidades

  • Es una combinación de ingeniería y fabricación, y usted estará en el centro del proceso de lanzamiento de producción de Rivian.
  • Establecerá especificaciones de capacidad de fabricación para la viabilidad y escalabilidad.
  • Colaborará con las principales partes interesadas en la realización de Análisis modal de fallos y efectos (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, PFMEA), Proceso de Aprobación de piezas para producción (Production Part Approval Process, PPAP) e inspecciones de calidad; y optimizar los procesos para la fabricación por volumen.
  • Dirigirá el ensamblaje de arneses de cablesdesde la Producción inicial a bajo ritmo (Low rate initial production, LRIP) hasta el alto volumen con el fabricante contratado y en la planta de ensamblaje de vehículos Rivian.
  • Ayudará proactivamente a identificar áreas de alto riesgo en la producción y el ciclo de diseño de ingeniería.
  • Trabajará con fabricantes contratados para realizar análisis de Diseño para manufactura (Design For Manufacturing, DFM) y optimizar en todos los niveles.
  • Identificará, analizará la causa raíz, hará un seguimiento de los problemas y trabajará con los ingenieros de diseño en los cambios de diseño necesarios durante todo el proceso de producción y lanzamiento de los vehículos.

Competencias

  • Capacidad para liderar y sostener el proceso de fabricación del proveedor para cumplir con estándares más altos.
  • Capacidad para viajar según sea necesario a las ubicaciones de CM.
  • Jugador de equipo fuerte y capaz de llevar a superar las expectativas/cumplir los plazos.
  • Capacidad para manejar la ambigüedad y crear claridad, supervisar múltiples proyectos y mejorarlos.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de fabricación de arneses de cables.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en diseño de ingeniería y control de cambios.
  • Experiencia comprobada en el seguimiento del progreso de múltiples proyectos.
  • Experiencia en la industria automotriz, con PPAP y estándares de la industria para arneses de cables.
  • Experiencia con análisis de capacidad de producción (capacidad instalada frente a capacidad planificada, efectividad total de los equipos [Overall Equipment Effectiveness, OEE], etc.).
  • Experiencia en el análisis de fallas de arneses de cables.
