The HR Generalist position is at the front line for employee support to respond to inquiries, explain People Experience policies and processes, execute employee life cycle transactions in Workday in order to provide an excellent employee experience. You will partner closely with the People Partners to execute talent practices. This role also works closely with partners in People Experience and across Zoox to resolve issues, drive projects and support employees.

In this role, you will...
Deliver excellent front line employee support by responding to our crew’s inquiries and requests, providing guidance to crew on our company policies and procedures, and referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. Work closely with cross-functional HR teams to ensure the timely execution of employee transactions and assist managers with Workday Manager Self Service as neededExecute tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to: assisting People Partners with performance reviews, promotions, compensation planning, and the employee engagement survey.
