Job Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist will provide comprehensive support to the HR department and assist in the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. With Dandelion, this position will play a pivotal role in the HR functions of onboarding, offboarding, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR reporting. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions with accuracy and confidentiality.

Work Environment: This position typically operates within an office environment with regular working hours. As a hybrid position, candidates may work from home on Wednesdays and report to the office the remainder of the week.
