Have you built extensive domestic heat pump installation knowledge and experience on the tools and are now looking for a change of direction into helping and coaching people in a cosy office environment? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

We’re expanding our Heat Pump sales and support team and we're looking for an experienced heating engineer, who will be responsible for office based support for our sales and install coordination teams.  Using your in depth knowledge of domestic heating systems and set up you will help the team progress customers through our survey and sales journey.  You’ll answer technical questions, provide ongoing training and coach others on how to deal with varied technical queries. You will also support, where needed, with talking to our customers when they need that additional technical reassurance.  Your role is being a technical expert, being an excellent communicator and having the ability to develop people to advance their own knowledge and competence.

We’re looking for people with high technical installation experience in heat pumps, a genuine skill for helping others and a passion for bringing to life the benefits of low carbon heating. Additionally, having rigour and confidence to make accurate decisions, knowing that the satisfaction and experience of our customers is at stake, is an absolute must.
