The Role: As the Head of Product at Aigen, you will lead the go to market and business development strategies behind the development of our product, and support the development of our advanced hardware & software.

Responsibilities


  • Go to Market:
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Develop strategies to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Business Development:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the product, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Drive the product's profitability and revenue growth by identifying and exploiting business opportunities.
  • Establish pricing strategies and business models to maximize product revenue.
  • Participate in sales calls and presentations to key clients and prospects.
  • Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and support to sell the product effectively.
  • Communication:
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and field support.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination among different departments.
  • Product Development:
  • Continuously gather feedback from customers and the market to improve the product.
  • Iterate on product features and functionalities based on user feedback and market demands.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management, ideally in a startup environment or similar
  • Must have experience delivering products that integrate hardware and software, and an understanding of machine learning/AI  and mobile/web development
  • Prior experience running data analytics and market data analysis
  • Experience with lean/agile development
  • Prior experience leading cross functional teams
  • Prior experience with direct reports/people management
  • Willing to travel up to 50-60% of the time
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Industry experience with robotics, agtech or similar
  • Prior start up experience
