Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing 

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Growth Marketing Media Specialist, you will play a critical role in building, managing, and optimizing media campaigns to help fuel brand awareness, preference, growth and pipeline to both B2B and B2C audiences. Success in this role entails a passion for details, strong data analysis and a constant focus on delivering results and ROI. This role requires the ability to:

  • Drive and execute the digital marketing strategy and the social strategy across relevant media channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaign strategies align with the business objectives and goals.
  • Maintain and update weekly performance reports, analyzing metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize research and data to identify effective strategies, staying current with media trends (formats, channels, etc.) and best practices.
  • Support and execution of related integrated marketing tactics that follow a strong media plan (i.e. conversational marketing)
  • Clearly present and up-level learnings and recommendations to senior management

 

Who You Are

Someone who has a desire to growth expertise and get hands-on in paid media in a fast and dynamic industry. You are: 

  • A fast learner, organized, detailed and highly responsive
  • Eager to learn about PPC and other growth tactics that drive marketing pipeline and revenue
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Excited to learn new tools and applications
  • Process-oriented and structured in thinking
  • Thrilled to dig into datasets 
  • A self-started, collaborative and enjoy building relationships  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is ideal, but not a requirement
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in paid media marketing, including experience in various paid media platforms like Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEM, PPC, SEO, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $45,000 to $71,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
