We strive to understand and predict our customers’ needs and behaviors, leveraging these insights to inform the design of compelling experiences across each touchpoint throughout the journey with Rivian.</p> <p>As a&nbsp;Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll help drive programs that strengthen our relationships with prospective customers, preorder holders, and owners. You will be responsible for developing communication touchpoints and executing through the appropriate channel. You’ll ensure that the right message gets to the right person via the suitable medium, thereby driving growth, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support strategic plans for driving adoption, loyalty, and reduced churn</li> <li>Support execution for customer engagement and lifecycle communications</li> <li>Oversee B2C email marketing operations and deployment</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and drive communication journeys and communications that support their business needs while maintaining an optimal experience for the customer</li> <li>Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its suite of tools build and deliver customer communication</li> <li>Identify and develop new automations and/or triggers to increase customer engagement and customer lifetime value</li> <li>QA processes to ensure emails are accurate and deployed on time</li> <li>Monitor and maintain email deliverability best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Need<u><br></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>A customer-centric approach to everything you do with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform exceptional interactions throughout the customer journey</li> <li>2+ year’s experience with architecting communication journeys</li> <li>3+ year’s experience in email marketing or marketing automation</li> <li>Data-oriented and robust understanding of segmentation</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of email marketing best practices</li> <li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proven track record of highly effective collaboration</li> <li>High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment</li> <li>Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a strong plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location:</strong></p> <p>Employee must be in Pacific Time Zone</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h4>Equal Opportunity</h4> <p>Rivian is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
