As the Supply Chain Business Lead for Quality Management Implementation in SAP, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our supply chain processes with quality management standards. You will lead a cross-functional team responsible for implementing SAP Quality Management modules and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and driving excellence in quality control and assurance across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP Quality Management modules, including project planning, scoping, resource allocation, and timeline management.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, IT, and Operations, to ensure the successful integration of Quality Management into SAP.
· Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Quality Management processes and configure SAP accordingly.
· Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the Quality Management framework.
· Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems by all relevant stakeholders.
· Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize SAP Quality Management modules.
· Quality Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the Quality Management system.
· Compliance and Standards: Ensure that the Quality Management system complies with industry regulations and standards, and actively participate in audits and compliance activities.
· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes related to SAP Quality Management.
· Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
