We’re looking for a motivated and technically proficient Client Delivery Manager to join our team and help lead the way in delivering great experiences for our software customers. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, taking ownership of projects, and diving into the details - ultimately making sure our partners feel supported from day one—you’ll thrive here.
In this role, you'll guide new clients from first onboarding through to production, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly through launch and beyond. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of client implementations, their view of Octopus as a growing tech company, and the long-term success of Electroverse as a product.

What You'll Do...
Take ownership of the full delivery process - from onboarding through successful implementation and adoption.Act as the first point of contact for commercial and technical queries - resolving where you can or raising with the relevant internal teams.Take the lead on all aspects of customer account management, from technical design discussions and delivery success, to logistics and invoice assurance - ultimately ensuring timely service delivery.Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Product, Commercial, and Engineering) to ensure deadlines are managed & we’re delivering a great experience. Help clients get the most value from our platform by sharing insights, best practices, and creating documentation that supports our product offering.Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for product improvement and collaborate with the product development team on roadmap enhancements.What You'll Need...
2+ years proven experience in a client delivery, technical consultant or project management role, with a strong track record of delivering great products to a variety of clients.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong technical understanding, problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Experience with technical products such as API or white-label products is a plus.
