The Global Mobility & Benefits Analyst supports Fluence’s Benefits team by performing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks related to employee benefits, leaves of absence, and global mobility logistics. This entry-level role focuses on executing processes, updating systems, and assisting employees with day-to-day questions, under the guidance of more senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Benefits and Leave Support
•Assist with employee enrollments, life event updates, and terminations in Fluence’s HR systems and benefits platforms.
•Respond to routine employee inquiries related to benefits, COBRA, and leave programs, escalating complex matters as needed.
•Prepare and reconcile benefits data for internal reporting and payroll coordination.
•Support the annual open enrollment process through data entry, employee communication follow-up, and system testing.
•Monitor and update leave of absence records in Workday, ensuring accurate tracking of start and return dates.

2. Global Mobility Coordination
•Maintain logs and trackers for short-term assignments, international relocations, and repatriation activity.
•Coordinate with vendors to schedule onboarding calls, document delivery, or payment status updates.
•Prepare mobility-related documents (e.g., relocation letters, assignment timelines) based on provided templates.
•Assist in gathering data for tax and immigration vendors under direction from senior HR team members.

3. Benefit Systems and Reporting
•Enter and audit data in Workday and Excel to ensure benefits, mobility, and leave data accuracy.
•Generate standard reports and provide inputs for compliance documentation (e.g., eligibility audits, dependent verification).
•Support internal reviews by collecting, organizing, and verifying HR documents.

4. Employee Experience Support
•Monitor shared HR inboxes and respond to tier-one inquiries within defined service-level timelines.
•Prepare and distribute employee-facing guides, FAQs, and communications using existing templates.
•Help coordinate logistics for virtual benefits and mobility orientation sessions. 

5. Benefit Invoicing and Reconciliation
•Track and reconcile monthly benefits invoices from vendors (e.g., medical, dental, vision, COBRA, life, disability).
•Cross-check enrollment data with vendor files and payroll deductions to identify discrepancies.
•Coordinate with vendors and carriers to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payment processing.
•Update invoicing trackers and support preparation of summaries for Finance review.

Qualifications:
•1–3 years of professional experience in HR administration, shared services, or related fields preferred.
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting/filtering, basic formulas, pivot tables).
•Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms a plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfortable handling confidential data with professionalism.
