YOUR IMPACT
We’re looking for an Employer Branding Campaigns Specialist to help make Proxima Fusion a magnet for top talent. You’ll be part of the Communications team, reporting to the Brand & Content Lead and working closely with our People team to design and run campaigns that attract world-class candidates.This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role for someone who wants to shape how the world sees Proxima Fusion as an employer, telling stories that inspire exceptional people to join our mission.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Plan and execute multi-channel recruitment campaigns that drive qualified applications for high-priority roles and ensure Proxima Fusion is seen as an attractive employer for top talent.
Collaborate with the People team to translate hiring strategy into an effective employer branding strategy.
Develop and manage compelling creative assets for the Proxima Fusion LinkedIn page, website, and other digital channels.
Track, report, and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and channels.
Monitor trends and benchmarks in employer branding, tech recruiting, and deep tech marketing to continuously improve our approach.
WHO YOU ARE
Relevant experience in campaigns, marketing, communications, and employer branding – ideally in a deep tech environment.
You’re skilled at crafting compelling narratives and translating complex or technical topics into clear, engaging content.
You’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once, liaising with agencies, and coordinating between the Comms team, the People team, and creative and leadership stakeholders.
You’re fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus but not required.
You’re data-informed and comfortable using analytics tools (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and similar) to evaluate results.
You’re passionate about mission-driven technology and motivated by the idea of shaping the future of clean energy.
